- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Execute repairs on mechanical systems, including logic controllers, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
- Fabricate parts or components as required to complete repairs or installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a facilities environment.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Leadership qualities with experience in guiding teams during projects.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components using various tools and materials.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
