We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients , providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage calendar appointments and scheduling for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software.
- Provide support for administrative tasks including correspondence and report preparation.
- Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
- Strong typing skills using a QWERTY keyboard.
- Experience using 10 key for calculations.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments.
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles with a focus on office operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
