Duties & responsibilities :
- Develop, promote, and grow a culture of quality and continuous improvement in the department and the overall organization.
- Lead all efforts required to ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and quality certifications
- Develop, maintain, and regularly publish performance indicators and metrics on the site’s performance.
- Manage all quality audits (internal and external) and ensure that all findings are satisfied using root cause and corrective action processes.
- Monitor productivity and cost effectiveness of the QA department; develop and sponsor projects to improve efficiency, streamline processes and reduce costs by utilizing and promoting continuous improvement processes
Ability to ensure customer focus by prioritizing internal and external customer needs in all Quality related decisions
