VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!
We are searching for someone who is passionate about reconciling data and problem solving. In this role, the ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of payments received and help drive efficiencies in payment posting.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
- Payer Refunds
- Send written correspondence to payers requesting refunds
- Review and approve refund requests from payers
- Payment Integrity
- Process credit card transactions for patient payments
- Research and resolve variances in the payment reconciliation process
- Audit manual payment postings to ensure accuracy and identify areas of improvement
- Reconcile payment transactions with bank deposits to ensure accuracy of payment posting processes
- Drive efficiencies in payment posting
- Identify areas of improvement to eliminate manual work
- Implement processes to eliminate manual payment posting work

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum two (2) years experience in an Accounting or Finance role
Note: Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare’s information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/ or Privacy officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization. Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.
