THE POSITION
In this role, you will serve as a key representation of VaxCare, responsible for ensuring the seamless adoption and integration of our technology platform across our partner network. Your primary objective will be to empower healthcare partners to optimize patient care, driving the triple aim of healthcare: improved outcomes, reduced costs, and an enhanced patient experience.
As the Partner Success Manager, Junior (PSM), you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive, high-quality training to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize VaxCare’s platform. Your expertise in our product suite and understanding of our diverse partner base will be critical in supporting large-scale Health System partner go-lives. You will manage and facilitate go-live sessions, ensuring partner are full equipped to implement and leverage the technology.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
- Independently lead & execute partner go-live trainings with discretion, ensuring partners are empowered to manage successful vaccine programs through VaxCare’s technologies while applying best practice recommendations, adjusting training strategies based on partner needs.
- Oversee and enhance the quality and efficiency of go-live training sessions, while taking proactive steps to resolve issues that may impact training success via critical thinking and problem solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, addressing challenges in real-time during training sessions
- Tailor training solutions, while working with internal teams, to design and deliver training that maximizes partner value from the VaxCare platform.
- Act as the Voice of the Partner (VOP), gathering critical feedback to ensure that partner insights are communicated and acted upon effectively. Make recommendations based on this feedback.
- Develop & maintain a continuous improvement mindset aimed at driving increased efficiency using supporting tools & technology
- Use tools & resources with supporting data to drive better product adoption and objectives
- Recommend and gain agreement with partners on needed actions to optimize their use of VaxCare’s technology solution and delivery of patient care
- Provide internal feedback when requested to help develop solutions that advance VaxCare and the Partner Success Management organization.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience and comprehensive knowledge with VaxCare product suite is required
- Experience in the healthcare industry (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus
- Experience in direct partner (customer) engagement is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including potential of overnight travel when partner is out of state
- Typical travel week will include in-partner trainings from Monday through Friday
Typical month will likely include 1-2 weeks of out of state travel, and 1-2 weeks of in state travel

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
