Role Summary :
The Media Manager will play a pivotal role in driving day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across our acquisition channels, with an emphasis on paid social, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels. The Manager will also work cross-functionally to keep internal and external teams informed of overall paid performance, lead creative briefs, troubleshoot tracking and pixels, and help identify new growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Own the day-to-day execution, reporting, and optimization of paid social across a number of clients (7-figure annual budget largely driven by Facebook)
- Leverage and develop your domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, and creativity to drive performance across multiple brands in different industries
- Report to key stakeholders on high level wins, challenges, and provide recommendations on how to meet goals
- Use data to uncover opportunities to optimize performance across the funnel (new ads, ad placements, landing pages, etc.)
- Partner with our Creative team to ideate, develop and test new ad concepts that deliver on client goals
- Opportunity to expand responsibilities to include additional channels, platforms, and strategies

Base Salary
85,000-$105,000 USD
