Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, supporting daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop risk assessment initiatives aligned to AIAG FMEA guidelines.
- Support the development and facilitation of Internal PPAP initiatives.
- Conduct the implementation of fixtures and various tooling activities ensuring completion of all measurement system analysis (MSA) (Gage R&R) qualification requirements per customer standards.
Requirements:
- B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or Production and Manufacturing Operations in an Automotive or related industry.
- Experience with AIAG, and ISO 9001 Standards
- Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives.
