Duties
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the healthcare facility
- Implement and oversee systems to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with staff
- Monitor patient care and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Maintain and manage medical records in compliance with regulations
- Provide nurse management and critical care oversight
- Oversee Medicare compliance and ensure adherence to regulations
- Coordinate acute care services for patients
Experience
- Proven experience in a directorial role within a healthcare setting
- Strong background in managing healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient monitoring practices
- Experience in overseeing medical records and ensuring accuracy
