Job Description:
This Production Engineer role is responsible for developing and executing new product's and process's in an assembly operations setting. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in quality management, and experience with industry standards such as AIAG FMEA guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, requirements, procedures for accomplishing program execution.
- Perform Safety audits in new cells and support updates to documentation and systems to compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or Production and Manufacturing Operations in an Automotive or related industry.
- Experience with AIAG, and ISO 9001 Standards
- Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives.
