Responsible to collaborate with manufacturing shopfloor team, local automation team and IT/Digital teams. Responsible for implementation industry 4.0 and IOT based solution on shopfloor connecting machines to cloud application.
Responsible to collaborate with manufacturing shopfloor team, local automation team and IT/Digital teams. Responsible for implementation industry 4.0 and IOT based solution on shopfloor connecting machines to cloud application.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for POCs and full-scale implementations. You will function as a OT technician/automation expert and should have an end to end understanding of ISA-95 automation landscape.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
3-5 years of relevant hands-on experince
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience Raspberry pi, PLCs and automation component
- Expertise in firmware using Python/Flask.
- Collaborate with other teams to support POCs and global roll out for IOT initiatives
- Good understanding of PLCs, its configurations, communication protocols i.e. Modbus, OPC UA
- Knowledge about industrial sensors and control equipment.
- Good understanding of communication protocols with cloud i.e. MQTT, HTTPs, FTP etc.
- Responsible for unstructured tasks, issues addressed may be less defined requiring new perspectives, creative approaches and with more interdependencies.
