We are a specialized recruitment firm focusing on the healthcare industry. Currently, we are assisting one of our esteemed clients in Auburndale, MA, in their search for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT).

Our client, a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Auburndale, MA, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule (40 hours per week), with weekends as needed. As a PT, you will support the delivery of exceptional physical therapy care to a diverse patient population, including both short-term and long-term care residents.

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.

• Assist patients with exercises, activities, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

• Observe patient progress and communicate any changes in condition or response to treatment to the interdisciplinary team.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for ongoing care at home.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document treatment progress in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Adhere to patient safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during treatment sessions.

• Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with industry practices and trends.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid PT license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred but not required.

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy treatment modalities and techniques.

• Ability to work effectively with elderly patients, especially those with chronic conditions.

• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and the healthcare team.

• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule (40 hours per week).

• Weekends may be required based on patient and facility needs.
