Shift : Nights - Weekends Only
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team and attending physician. This role involves delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and actively promoting safety, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction. The RN will lead the nursing team and contribute to an environment that prioritizes patient, family, physician, and employee satisfaction in alignment with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care respecting individual preferences and needs.
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for optimal outcomes.
Administer medications and perform nursing duties within the scope of practice.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Promote safety and quality improvement through evidence-based practices.
Navigate electronic health records accurately and ensure timely documentation.
Demonstrate leadership by supervising and delegating tasks to support staff.
Required Qualifications:
Current MI State RN License.
Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Current CPR certification.
Specialty certifications, as required (e.g., ACLS, BLS, PALS).
Experience in Emergency Room.
