Requirements of the Project Architect :
- Bachelor's degree
- California Architects License
- 8 years of experience as a Project Architect
- Min 4 years of experience as a Job Captain
- Technical construction detailing experience (new construction)
- BIM skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
