Job Description :
We are seeking highly motivated IT Support Technicians to join our team. The primary focus of this role is project-related work, including building new machines, imaging systems, and preparing them for installation. In addition, you will handle ticket-based support requests and occasionally address break / fix issues. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build new machines, perform imaging, and ensure their readiness for deployment.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing machines and placing them on the floor for installation.
- Provide timely and efficient resolutions for ticket-based support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve break / fix issues related to computer systems as needed.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting extensively for various tasks and automation.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune on Microsoft Autopilot for PC imaging and deployment.
- Manage and administer Windows Servers for workstation or user management purposes.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
