What We’re Looking For:
Our clients need Building Inspectors with expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and/or educational facilities. Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for:
- Conducting on-site inspections of residential and non-residential buildings
- Applying your knowledge of California Building Standards Codes
- Inspecting mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ensuring code compliance for new construction, renovations, repairs, expansions, and more
- Interpreting, applying, and explaining federal, state, and municipal codes
- Performing non-engineering plan reviews and managing construction according to relevant codes
- Preparing inspection reports, correction lists, and progress updates
- Managing data within record systems
- Working independently and managing your own schedule
- Submitting required documentation and reports
Desired Qualifications:

- ICC Residential Building Inspector
- ICC Commercial Building Inspector
- ICC Combination Building Inspector
- ICC Mechanical Inspector
- ICC Plumbing Inspector
- ICC Electrical Inspector
- ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector
- ICC Building Plans Examiner
