- Great customer service persona: friendly, helpful and courteous
- Processing permits at the counter
- Various administrative duties, assisting the building official or others
- May include collecting funds, balancing accounts, filing, etc.
- Basic Data Entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and work well with the public
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Capable of learning and utilizing multiple types of software (Energov, MS Suite, Adobe, etc.)
