Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of a civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements.
• Attend hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
• Prepare discovery responses and analyze medical records.







What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school<
/strong>.Admis
• sion to the Florida Bar.Exper
• ience in nursing home defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, and healthcare law is required.Stron
• g analytical and problem-solving skills.Excel
• lent written and verbal communication abilities.Highl
