Job Summary :

VCH Finance Consulting Inc. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about company services, policies, and financial solutions.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting basic issues and account-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Stay up to date on company services and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling multiple customer conversations.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or finance is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or call center roles preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and chat / email support software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
