Warehouse Management System Lead(WMS)

We are:

We are seeking a Warehouse Mgmt. Systems (WMS) Coordinator will join our warehouse in Roxbury! The WMS Coordinator will be overseeing clerical tasks and working with the Supervisor and Management Team.

• Calculate and monitor inventory through proprietary software Powerhouse WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of any Warehouse Management System Software (WMS).
• Knowledge of WMS rules and system configuration.
• Able to supervise and train employees to the WMS.
• Manage, monitor, and respond to requests via e-mail and phone.
• Process heavy volume of time-sensitive paperwork.
• Oversee and facilitate the receiving process and run reports.
• Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines and assist with developing actions to correct inventory problems.
• Complete inventory transactions to receive, assign location, and issue inventory as required

Minimum Skills Required:

• English (written and verbal) / Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma is required
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in an office administrative position
• Superb knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Powerhouse WMS
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibit qualities of a team player and Leadership skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be good in detail work
• Works well under pressure and deadlines
• Overtime and Weekdays required
• Salary DOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
