We’re looking for a proactive Sales Rep to own lead generation, while supporting with VCM marketing initiatives to drive new business opportunities and help expand our agency’s reach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outreach and relationship-building, with a strong focus on lead generation through strategic cold outreach (cold-calling, in-person networking, email, DM) and supporting marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness.

Position Details:

🔹 Start Date: ASAP

🔹 Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

🔹 Estimated Hours: 10-15 hours/month to start

🔹 Compensation Options:

 ~$250 Monthly Retainer 5-10% Commission (Ideal for those who want stability with commission upside)

 ~100% Commission-Based with 15-20% Commission (Best for high performers who prefer unlimited earning potential)

🔹 Position Location: Remote, but preference to those in Miami, FL

What You Bring:

✅ 1 year of experience in a sales role (preferably in an agency, content creation, or social media marketing setting)

✅ Proven track record of meeting sales goals and converting leads

✅ Experience managing a CRM to track leads and streamline the sales process

✅ Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions

✅ A consultative sales approach that focuses on relationship-building and problem-solving

✅ Time management skills to prioritize and execute outreach efficiently

✅ Comfort leading sales calls and explaining the value of creative services

✅ Preferred: Experience with Slack, Airtable, or other project management tools

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Sales Leadership & Client Relations

- Own the sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Understand client needs to tailor offerings and craft compelling proposals

- Engage in consultative selling, guiding potential clients toward solutions

- Lead follow-up efforts to maintain and grow relationships

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach

- Identify and nurture high-quality leads through strategic outreach (socials, emails, calls)

- Execute strong cold outreach strategies to expand our client base

- Maintain and organize a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools

🔹 Marketing & Light Ad Support

- Collaborate on sales and marketing campaigns to elevate VCREATIVE Miami’s presence

- Develop and refine sales messaging for email sequences, social media, and pitches

- Work with the team to align strategies and refine marketing initiatives

-Provide light support in Meta & Instagram Ads to generate leads (full campaign management not required)
