Description
Position Summary: As a Key Account Administrator, you will work with a VDA Key Account Sales Representative to help liaise all relationships with the client and across interdepartmental teams for all Statements of Work (SOW) and communication objectives for the client. This role is pivotal in supporting the management and expansion of our existing enterprise-level accounts, strengthening client relationships, maximizing strategies across internal departments, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. You will assist in maintaining account objectives, tracking progress, and working cross-functionally to ensure a high level of service and execution. While the primary focus is on managing our current book of business, you will also contribute to identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and cultivation of relationships with enterprise-level accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Attend client and internal meetings to capture essential details, take notes, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and budget sheets tailored to client needs.
- Track budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate invoicing and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the job log and CRM system (Monday.com) for all account activities.
- Liaise interdepartmentally to ensure seamless execution and timely deliverables.
- Communicate client feedback internally to enhance service and optimize strategies.
- Support financial responsibilities, including reviewing invoices, tracking costs, and reconciling budgets.
- Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance account management processes.
- Coordinate internal meetings and workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Open new project opportunities through CRM and operational systems.
- Create and maintain project presentations, estimate proposals, and support documentation.
- Work with vendor partners, internal departments, and show management to ensure project success.
- Assist in the strategic development of new business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying areas for growth and expansion.
- Contribute to business development efforts by supporting outreach and identifying potential new clients towards the latter part of responsibilities.

Requirements
Qualifications and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in account coordination, sales support, or experiential marketing.
- Strong ability to support high-profile client relationships and track strategic initiatives.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Monday.com experience preferred).
