Role : Business Process Analyst
Duration : 3 month Contract to hire
Location : East Windsor, NJ
Business Process Analysis
Develop process improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis; assess business process and system inefficiencies; integrate new systems and processes with existing ones
Record requirements for existing processes and for implementing new software systems and follow through implementation, testing, and rollout to ensure that requirements were appropriately implemented and adopted.
Partner with and serve as a liaison to internal departments (Operations, IT, Finance, HR) gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements and implementation to ensure that systems provided align with long-term business strategies
Demonstrate fluency in business processes and stay current with customer / stakeholder needs and strategies
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Collaborate closely with internal and external developers to design, develop, and implement the requirements
Vet all enhancement requests, prioritize them based on the impact to the overall users base
System Testing, Deployment, Training and Support
In charge of UAT efforts, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and sign off on the change prior to release
Develop and execute test plans based on requirements and provide guidance to testers during QA process
Follow up with the internal testing teams and provide feedback to vendor (or internal development team) in a timely manner.
Provide and support the implementation and deployment and training of business solutions and systems
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Support and align efforts to meet client and company needs with an emphasis on improving customer satisfaction
Manage customer relationships and expectations and oversee Change Management to ensure users have a positive experience with the new process and tool
Support the system as well as conversions, upgrades, enhancements
Skills / Qualifications
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to capture complex process and system requirements and follow through with implementor / IT
Ability to work independently and influence a broad cross-functional team
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Industry knowledge together with up-to-date related technical abilities. Experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus.
Formal BA / BPA training with demonstrated record of managing complex environments
