Job Summary :
A D365 Retail Support Engineer provides technical assistance for retail systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network components. Seeking a business development professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in AX D365 Sales and Procurement, and AX D365 Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management-Serv Retail.
Required Skills :
D365 Finance and Operations (mandatory)
AX D365 Retail
AX D365 Sales and Procurement
Nice to Have Skills :
Certification on "Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant Associate" is desirable.
Responsibilities :
Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues with D365 retail applications, point-of-sale systems ( POS), and related hardware / software.
Should have experience in setting up the stores in D365 and configuring the POS.
Knowledge on the Retails batch jobs in Data synchronizing between HQ and Retail POS.
Customer Interaction : Provide professional communication and training to End users on product usage and issue resolution.
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of incidents, create knowledge base articles, and support testing environments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Provide expert advice on AX D365 Sales and Procurement, and AX D365 Retail to support business growth.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in D365 Finance and Operations, AX D365 Sales and Procurement, and AX D365 Retail.
Strong knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management-Serv Retail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
