- Digital Workplace Modernization : Oversee the vision, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of the digital workplace, ensuring seamless, personalized user experiences that align with business objectives and technological capabilities.
- Budget & Resource Management : Successfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets, including overseeing the $3.5M reinvention of intranet and digital communication platforms, ensuring financial efficiency and effective resource allocation.
- Innovative Content Strategy : Develop and implement innovative content strategies that increase engagement, improve discoverability, and optimize content delivery, driving a 37% year-over-year increase in content consumption and a 65% increase in overall content engagement.
- Analytics & Optimization : Integrate data-driven, analytics-based systems to track communication effectiveness, measure performance, and continuously optimize content strategy for improved outcomes.
