Infor Lead Developer

Role: Infor Lead Developer

Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7, Independent GAPs and other project.
• Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.
• Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.
• Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development, enhancements and conversions
• 3 years of experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, collaborating, and liaising activities with offshore team
• Experience in at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, Info SCS Planner
• Any technical certification in Infor ERP
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
