Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving the quality of our applications by designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing is executed efficiently, guaranteeing reliable and high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated testing frameworks that enable end-to-end testing of web, mobile, and backend systems. - Test Strategy Ownership:
Define and document comprehensive testing strategies for regression, performance, and deployment verification, ensuring coverage across all application layers. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and manual testers, to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure smooth and high-quality releases. - Defect Prevention:
Create detailed, reusable, and efficient test cases and scripts that minimize defect leakage and ensure accurate system functionality across multiple applications. - Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies, staying updated with the latest automation trends and integrating best practices into the team s workflow.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including developing and executing tests for both backend systems and user interfaces (UI).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality automated testing solutions for complex, multi-layered applications.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong programming skills in Java and frameworks like Spring.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React for UI testing.
- Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and database integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo for integrating testing pipelines into deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD) tools like Cucumber or JBehave.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug testing frameworks and resolve issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in testing tools or methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
