Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle GL & FAH Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)/Allocations. This role requires deep expertise in FAH configurations, data integration, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) and General Ledger (GL).
• Design, implement, and support FAH configurations, allocations, and financial reporting solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in GL, FAH, and financial data integration.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to streamline financial processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GL postings, journal entries, and allocations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in FAH implementation.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and automation of financial workflows.
• Provide training and documentation for business users and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL).
• Strong hands-on experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) and Allocations.
• Expertise in GL setups, financial reporting, and integration.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Financials, and Accounting Modules.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
