Position 2 to 4 : Should costing and process knowledge of Wire harness, Capital XC, Batteries, Starter Motors, Alternators, PCBs, ADAS Systems, Heads-up-display, Electronic Components, Switches, Key FOB, ECUs, HPCs.
Activity based costing experience.
Negotiation and collaboration with global suppliers
Good presentation and MS office skills
Should Cost, Change Request Cost Analysis & Sourcing Support :
Develop Should Cost for new & modified purchased system parts by applying the appropriate cost method.
Evaluate engineering changes to establish should cost for the change and identify the cost drivers for variable and supplier tooling for the cooling system parts.
Provide purchasing with support during supplier negotiations through analysis of supplier's price breakdown detail and "should cost" analysis.
Periodic Supplier visits to maintain & improve internal know-how of manufacturing processes & best practices.
Identify potential cost optimization opportunities and support company technical cost reduction activities.
Provide global component cost comparison analysis by working with Product Cost Engineers from other regions.
Develop the cost structure for component standardization plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Must Have at least 4 to 8 years of work experience from Automotive OEM or Automotive supplier industry (similar commodity) background with Costing Experience

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
