Standardize new job skills and systems training by developing and implementing training for CS. Evaluate system specifications and develop business cases for new training programs. Create or update web- based and print training media. Frequent interaction with information management. Attend meetings. Occasional travel within service area required. 2 years experience in a Customer Service environment preferred.
Job Summary :
The Instructional Designer & Training Facilitator will be responsible for converting process documentation into educational material to create a blueprint of NEER IT operations as a business continuity asset. This role will generate a knowledge base to create consistency in the processes, policies, standards, and tools used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities : Convert process documentation into easy-to-understand educational material for various audiences to create a blueprint of NEER IT operations as a business continuity asset. Generate a knowledge base to ensure consistency in the processes, policies, standards, and tools used across the organization. Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse employee groups.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Graphics Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
Experience :
Experience working with IT teams, in a matrix organization, with operational excellence teams, or a similar environment.
