About US : VDL Industries Gainesville LLC is company number 99 in the VDL Groep and the first manufacturing facility in the U.S. Operations are from a state-of-the-art, 150,000 square foot facility located in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The VDL Industries facility consists of the following work centers : laser cutting, metal forming, welding (MIG / TIG), electronic assembly / general assembly, sawing, drilling, shipping, storage opportunities, and Quality Control. VDL Industries utilizes a dedicated area for stainless steel welding and assembly operations.

Purpose : The Production Control Administrator will manage the flow of production by overseeing scheduling, inventory control, and material movement, ensuring timely completion of orders while adhering to quality standards and optimizing production efficiency through data analysis and coordination with various departments to maintain smooth operations and meet production targets.
Essential Job Functions
- Material Pick lists creation & management
- Material bookings to the orders
- Assist with Production Planning & Scheduling
- WIP shortage reports maintenance
- Update product locations in the ERP system
- Order Management
- Enter daily time sheets with Production leadership review & approval
- Administer the Critical Stock On Hand program with Production leadership team
- Conduct parts & consumables searches with vendors, submit Purchase requisitions
- All employees are responsible for reporting environmental risks or hazards in the workplace.
- Any other duties as assigned
