Role Description
- Initially responsible for evaluating potential acquisition targets.
- Transition to full-time operation of the business upon acquisition.
- Target industries include building maintenance, engineering/architecture, healthcare services, B2B services, construction, light manufacturing, technology, and software.
- Assess and assist in the acquisition of businesses.
- Manage full P&L, growth strategy, and operations as the GM of acquired companies.
- Implement business strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
- Serve as the day-to-day operator, requiring relocation to the company’s headquarters for at least two years.
- Minimum of five (5) years in business ownership, management, sales, or operations.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on generating robust free cash flow and EBITDA.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of responsibility and commitment to business growth.
- Demonstrated capability to boost profitability through strategic business development.
- Willingness to relocate to the portfolio company’s headquarters for a minimum of two years.
