Commercial Construction Project Manager
The Commercial Construction Project Manager, plans and oversees the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Their duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and regulations.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet objectives.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools or programs.
- Familiarity with construction management software and processes.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Industry Leading Compensation: $90 /hr starting wage; depending on experience.
