Our government client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst on an onsite 3 months renewable contract role in Charlotte, NC.
Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
Required/Desired Experience:
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly. Required
- 2 Years ofLarge scale deployments of 500 machines preferred. Required
- Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily. Required
- 2 Years of Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10 Required About Vector:
