About Us: Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our growing recruitment efforts for direct hire, contract-to-hire, and project-based positions across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will focus on both recruiting and business development across Vector Talent Solutions' key sectors, including Utility Construction, Manufacturing, Aviation, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively recruit qualified candidates for roles, including management, skilled, and unskilled personnel across the United States.
- Business Development: Drive business development efforts on a regional and national scale.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or related industries.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with labor markets in the United States.
- Skills: Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in recruitment software and ATS systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment events and client meetings.
