Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects in southeastern Wyoming. This role involves leading project planning, resource allocation, and financial management for large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocate resources and manage project teams, including subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and contract review.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, fostering a positive culture focused on safety and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong due diligence and risk assessment skills.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, BlueBeam, and Accubid.
- Thorough understanding of safety standards in electrical construction.
- Ability to travel to construction sites.
Experience & Education:
- 10 years of industrial and/or commercial electrical project management experience.
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred.
