Position Summary
Vector Media is looking for a uniquely talented Executive Coordinator in New York, NY to join our Business Development team. This position reports to the Manager of Executive Operations and is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our team's partner-facing business development efforts as well as administrative support to the SVP, Strategic Partnerships. This role will provide support via developing presentations, collateral, or materials as well as meeting coordination and preparation. This role will also provide critical support to our department leadership and team by handling a variety of tasks, from managing projects and schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing and distributing reports, creating, organizing and maintaining documents, handling correspondence and assisting with projects and initiatives. This position will also support special projects as assigned by the SVP, Strategic Partnerships. We seek a candidate with a proven track record to meet and exceed deadlines, manage competing priorities, and exceptional communication skills.

Pay Range Details: $26.44 per hour - $28.85 per hour

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You’ll Bring
  • Exemplary written communications skills, including the ability to succinctly articulate concepts and the ability to write in a creative, clever manner.
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel, internet research, CRM programs like Salesforce and Tableau. Experience with InDesign is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Project management capabilities, including attention to detail involving projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • The desire for a career in sales, partnerships, marketing or business development.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and an organized work ethic.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent in related fields.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the SVP, Strategic Partnerships to cultivate, track, and communicate with Vector’s largest Public and Private Transit partnerships.
  • Work closely with the SVP, Strategic Partnerships to devise and execute strategies and resource plans that empower the Business Development department and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and provide the SVP, Strategic Partnerships with essential materials and information for all transit partnership meetings.
  • Assist the SVP, Strategic Partnerships with new business development and retention efforts, including servicing both new and existing transit partnerships.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Deliver comprehensive daily administrative support to the SVP, Strategic Partnerships.
