Description
We are seeking a Renewal Manager that is self-motivated with a talent for building strong customer relationships, clearly communicating our value propositions to reinforce our partnerships, negotiating complex conversations and procurement processes, and identifying growth opportunities from existing clients. Your ultimate goal will be to proactively contribute to growing our world class customer retention! What You'll Do
- Develop professional cooperative relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Develop industry expertise within assigned client base.
- Develop knowledge of Vector Solutions products and services to be able to align appropriate solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Effectively communicate the value of Vector Solutions products and resources to influence renewal decisions and retain or grow recurring revenue.
- Proactively conduct regular account checks to identify early risk.
- Participate in strategic account reviews with all assigned clients on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
- Collaborate with peers and internal resources to create and execute risk action plans to restore account health and ensure a smooth renewal process.
- Maintain and track all client communications utilizing Vector Solutions customer relationship management system.
- Maintain revenue for assigned client base, confirm repeat business, and identify potential areas for new revenue generation among assigned clients.
- Will be working with organizations heavily in the Fire, EMS, Police, and City space.
- Other duties as assigned.
