Job Summary
VectorCSP seeks an experienced Procurement and Contract Expert to oversee the procurement and contract administration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracts, including experience with contract negotiation, administration, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, subcontracts, and contract compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews solicitation requests and proposal volumes to proactively identify and mitigate risk areas and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborates with business development and proposal teams to support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, contracts, and subcontracts, from proposal stage to project close out, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administers a portfolio of contracts through negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and product delivery.
Requirements:
- At least six years' experience in contract administration, specifically with federal government contracts and subcontracts involving all contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and T&M).
- In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS) and government contracting principles.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, administration, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, subcontracts, contract compliance, and other corporate legal documents.
