The ideal candidate will provide daily administrative and clerical support to various banking departments, including Corporate, Commercial, Private, Business, or Executive Banking. The role also involves cross-selling products, maintaining transaction journals, reviewing loan documentation, and coordinating customer service processes. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $21.00- $35.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

Essential Functions:
- Provides daily administrative and clerical assistance to the assigned department (Corporate, Commercial, Private, Business or Executive Banking) in the areas of loans, deposits and account servicing.
- Provides excellent customer service on the phone and in person by answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Works with the Department Manager and Officers to open new and service existing accounts.
- Cross-sells products and services.
- Maintains Daily Transaction Journal and New Loan Report.
- Reviews loan documentation and sends to customer.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to team members as needed; creates and maintains filing system and coordinates special projects.
- May accompany Officers on customer calls.
- Coordinates customer service process with various bank departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and problems.
- Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals.
- Provides research on loan and deposit accounts.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in banking, loans, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience.
- Proficient knowledge of branch operations, including loans, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies.
- Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
