OverviewThis position performs HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned. ResponsibilitiesPreventive MaintenanceService OrdersNonvalue added work (Shop clean-up, Inventory of Tools)Performs other duties and assignments as required. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : Education / Experience : Two years' related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Foreign NationalCollege degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years' in a supervisory role. Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.Program Specific Requirements : Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years)Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.Able to communicate with customer.
