Program Analyst I (Jr)

What You'll Do:

• Work in support of FMS partnerships with the US government, Commonwealth of Australia (CoA), and domestic and international Industry partners in new acquisition and sustainment activities related to the MH-60R platform. The H-60 FMS Program Analyst shall perform various tasks related to the acquisition and sustainment of the MH-60R aircraft and related weapons systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing meeting agendas and program briefs, using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Provide administrative services in support of the team.
• Will work with Program leads to update status reports.
• Plans and coordinates meeting venues as requested to include booking of
• conference facilities. Assist with organizing and running meetings for the team.
• Track and report action items resulting from meetings, training, and other activity requests and prepare and deliver reports.
• Works with all levels of Program Office and Integrated Product Support (All
• elements).
• Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, acquisition, or financial data and information as requested by the customer.
• Will work in programs, such as Smart Nav Solutions (SNS) and Program Management Tool (PMT).

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Other Requirements:
    • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system
• Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
• Skills & Technology Used
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Business Partner/Effective Communicator:
    • English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.
    • Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.
