Role : Endur Architect

Location : Houston, TX Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Hiring Mode : Longterm Contract

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role to work as Endur Consultant
Business requirement functional breakdown
Solution functional breakdown
Create a matrix to map functional requirements breakdown with solution breakdown.
Decide on the best available solution to bring maximum business benefit within available time and budget.
Being the point of call for all functional aspects of the Project.
Ensure projects solution is documented using the templates and conforms to standards.

Requirement :

Functional experience with CTRM - Endur

Good understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment.

Strong engagement skills, working with senior leaders on regular basis

Need for strong team-working skills in a virtual environment.

Ability to effectively engage a virtual team of leaders located in different geographies Strong inter-person management skills.

The ability to engage with clients about opportunities for commercial optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.

Strong knowledge of industry-leading practices.

Powerful interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders

Playing key role in Mentoring / Coaching Junior Endur Developers

Bringing best practices of Industry and focusing on creating value to the Business.
