The Opportunity :
We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our San Francisco office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. Our platform supports and encourages career development and thrives on excellent client service.
About You :
- You have 5-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills.
- You have case management experience, extensive experience with discovery, have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken / defended depositions, and ideally have participated in trial preparation and taken witnesses at trial.
- You have been exposed to class action defense or representative matters.
- You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials and are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, California.
