As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Vee’s nonprofit-focused SaaS solutions. You will design and execute data-driven growth strategies that optimize our marketing funnel, enhance brand visibility, and scale user adoption. Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will be instrumental in refining our growth engine, reducing acquisition costs, and maximizing lifetime customer value. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role demands a strategic, analytical, and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage growth marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention across digital and offline channels.
- Performance Marketing: Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to drive cost-effective lead generation and improve ROI.
- Funnel Optimization: Continuously analyze the customer journey, identify bottlenecks, and implement A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Content Marketing for Growth: Develop compelling growth-focused content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns, to engage nonprofit professionals and drive sign-ups.
- Data & Analytics:Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker) to track key performance metrics, generate insights, and iterate on growth strategies for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to align messaging, enhance onboarding experiences, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Customer Research: Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform persona development, product positioning, and messaging that resonates with nonprofit professionals.
- Sales Enablement: Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and resources that empower the Sales team to close deals and highlight Vee’s unique value propositions.
Experience:
- 3 years in growth marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience in nonprofit marketing is a strong plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven success in developing and scaling demand-generation campaigns.
- Expertise in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with the skill to craft narratives that drive engagement.
