Digital Marketing Strategists at Veeam lead the digital advertising strategy collaborating closely with agency partners, campaign managers, regional teams and fellow Digital Strategists to drive increased pipeline for the business. They act as a central point for cross-functional alignment and innovation within the Digital Strategy team. You should have a strong grasp of digital advertising platforms and tools and understand the latest best practices in digital marketing. The digital marketing strategist will also have a strong ability to team with agency partners to understand how external insights and best practices can apply to Veeam – helping to path the way for strong agency execution of digital campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for the Enterprise Executives program, leveraging tools like 6sense to identify and engage high-value accounts.
- Build and manage targeted display and programmatic advertising strategies to ensure precision coverage and maximize engagement within the enterprise segment.
- Collaborate closely with teams to align ABM tactics with broader business goals.
- Onboard agency partners including education of Veeam's marketing strategy, scorecard, KPIs, and onboarding of systems.
- Co-lead regular collaboration sessions with agency partners to ensure strong digital advertising execution across campaigns and regions – incorporating best practices from the agency and Veeam ensuring campaigns are fully optimized and generating pipeline across digital channels.
- Participate in team workshops to identify best practices, drive innovation and align execution with Veeam's digital goals.
- Drive a culture of testing new tactics in collaboration with the agency – ensuring tests align with Veeam strategy.
- Foster a feedback-driven environment by sharing successes and lessons learned to continuously improve digital strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing tactics against goals – ensuring a strong ROAS across channels. ROAS benchmark = 3
- Collaborate with campaign managers and regional business partners to ensure strong alignment of the global marketing strategy in digital execution.
- Collaborate with other Digital Strategists to share insights and align tactics across regions, ensuring consistency and maximizing the impact of digital advertising initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies across digital platforms – making recommendations for implementation where appropriate.
- Regularly audit digital advertising performance and setup for maximum performance.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
