Global Sales Operations is seeking a Director, GTM & Strategy to support Veeam’s Global Sales organization through high impact operational execution, strategic initiatives, process innovation, analytical skills and strong stakeholder partnerships. This role will report to VP, Sales Operations and is part of Global Sales Operations team under the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities Project manage and drive to completion sales annual planning efforts globally including pre and post planning activity work and related materials Work closely with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, CRO & COO, regional Sales & Sales Operations, Sales Accleration, Renewals, Data Quality, Finance, Marketing, CT and others within the business to deliver consistent and effective improvements to Veeam’s GTM and related processes at global scale around annual plan Guide standardization of roles and strategies across all teams to ensure consistency in approach and usefulness to drive revenue and individual accountability Special focus on partnering with Sales SVPs, regional Sales Operations, and finance on documenting existing MBOs, KPIs, and sales compensations plans for roles Operationalize & support the Global Accounts program including maintaining accounts, measuring success and leading strategy discussion with SVPs Partner with Analytics teams to prepare business analysis for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings as needed related to planning Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Economics/Marketing/or Business Administration), Masters preferred Preference for candidates who have completed a relevant experience in consulting, business analysis or sales operations at a technology company for 5-10 years including process design, project management, and planning as a plus Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.com MS Access or other database skills are a strong plus Expertise using BI applications (Tableau) #LI-TS1 Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
