The Director of Career Growth and Mobility will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support employee career growth, internal mobility, and talent management within the organization. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can drive initiatives that align with our business goals and foster an environment where employees can thrive and grow. This role will partner with business leaders, HR business partners, Total Rewards and the broader People & Culture team to develop an enterprise-wide career architecture, write career success profiles, create pathways for employee across different roles and functions, enable competency mapping, and integrate talent mobility initiatives into overall organizational goals. The role is critical to ensuring the company has the right talent in the right positions to meet future business needs.
Key Responsibilities : Career Architecture Design & Implementation
- Develop an enterprise-wide career architecture that supports Veeam's growth strategy through skills growth, mobility and talent maturity plans.
- Lead project teams of HR business partners and subject matter experts in the creation of career success profiles that clarify expectations of each role and enable mapping of competencies across Functions and roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to enhance career architecture initiatives.
- Drive enterprise wide change management plans and inspirational employee communications to ensure the successful implementation of the career architecture.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

181,000—$258,600 USD
