Data QA Analyst

• 5-7 years in data management experience with a focus in QA/Data Quality
• Must have strong SQL experience to include complex queries
• Familiarity with STLC life cycle
• Experience in testing RESTful or SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.

Day to Day:

• Performs functional, Database (ETL), Web service, Regression testing during SDLC project lifecycle.
• Creates and maintains complex SQL statements / scripts to test for specific data/database conditions.
• Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
• Creates 'data centric' test plans and scripts for own projects
• Performs test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation.
• Responsible for primary development of system testing strategies leveraging data.
