Functional QA

Job Description:
We need highly a motivated systems QA engineer to work alongside other QA and Dev engineers to drive our cross functional testing efforts for improving systems across all our product lines.
Quality is essential to the Beats headphones/speaker product experience; in this key role the engineer will have responsibilities throughout the System, including but not limited to test planning and execution, undertaking investigations into architectural improvements, driving general analysis and debugging, and resolving individual issues.

Here are the skills necessary for the position:

• 3 years of systems quality assurance testing experience
• Python developer with intermediate to expert level of automation
• Analyze the existing code base and check for improvement of automation
• Should carry the skill to provide limitations in current design and code to become more stable system
• Knowledge of wireless standards (Bluetooth Classic/LE, WiFi) or Sensors
• Experience with software development lifecycle, test methodologies and tools
• Working knowledge of Linux- based systems and command-line tools for debugging, analysis and automation
• Strong communication skills, and organize the tasks/activities/reports
• Highly committed to quality and passionate about customer experience
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Experience in usage of Configuration Control Systems, preferably Git or similar.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
