Job Details
- Candidates must be living near Sunnyvale, CA.
- Should be able to work 3 days per week in office.
- Must have worked for FAANG OR MAANG OR Product Based Companies recently. Not looking for Banking or healthcare or Insurance background.
- 5 recent years of continued Project Management work experience, PMP/PMI Certification a plus.
- Understand and communicate complex, technical, engineering issues.
- Coordinate project reviews; communicating project status and top engineering issues to project team and management.
- Coordinate design process to ensure design meets intended project goals.
- Status reporting to senior management.
- Work closely with business to develop roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional discussions, negotiate with senior stakeholders and leads through influence vs. authority.
- Tableau knowledge preferred.
- Excellent and effective verbal and clear written communication skills.
- Apply Project Management standards and best practices in project assignments.
- Project meeting's agenda planning, facilitation, minutes and action items documentation, communication, tracking and follow ups to drive completion of objectives/tasks.
- Required hands on Wrike project/work management tool experience, demonstrate use of advanced features in previous projects delivered, promote adoption of Wrike tool among project team members.
- Hands on Radar/ Agile Board, Help Central, Quip, Box, Chorus, Slack skills and knowledge of tools integration and collaboration features.
- Must have advanced Keynote and Excel skills.
- Clarity projects, budget, financial and resource management tool hands on experience a plus.
- Self-driven, independent, detail oriented, organized in setting up structured workflow processes, innovative, eager to learn and develop new skills/knowledge.
